Stat. tit. 66, § 66-12","heading":"To restore stream or highway","body":"Every corporation constructing, owning, or using a railroad,\n\nshall restore every stream of water, watercourse, street, highway,\n\nplank road, toll or wagon road, turnpike, or canal, across, along,\n\nor upon which said railroad may be constructed, to its former state,\n\nor to such condition as that its usefulness shall not be materially\n\nimpaired, and thereafter maintain the same in such condition against\n\nany effects in any manner produced by such railroad.
