Stat. tit. 66, § 66-15","heading":"Execution of conveyance or lease","body":"Every conveyance or lease, deed of trust, mortgage or\n\nsatisfaction thereof, made by any railroad corporation, of any\n\nfranchises, real estate fixtures, or other real property, in\n\npursuance of law, shall be executed and acknowledged in the manner\n\nin which conveyances of real estate by corporations are required to\n\nbe, to entitle the same to be recorded, and shall be recorded in the\n\noffice of the Secretary of State, who shall endorse thereon his\n\ncertificate thereof, specifying the day and hour of its reception,\n\nand the volume and page where recorded, which shall be evidence of\n\nsuch facts.
