Stat. tit. 66, § 66-166","heading":"Domestication of foreign corporations filing resolutions","body":"Every railroad corporation organized under the laws of any other\n\nstate or territory or the United States, that within three (3) years\n\nbefore the taking effect of the Constitution of this state, shall\n\nhave complied with the laws of the Territory of Oklahoma or Indian\n\nTerritory, to authorize such corporation to transact business in the\n\nTerritory of Oklahoma or Indian Territory or either or both of them,\n\nand that shall file with the Secretary of State of this state a\n\nresolution of its board of directors duly certified by its president\n\nand attested by its secretary under the seal of such corporation\n\naccepting the provisions of the Constitution of this state and\n\nagreeing that the Constitution and laws of this state applying to\n\ndomestic corporations shall apply to such corporation in all\n\nrespects, is hereby declared to be a domestic corporation under the\n\nConstitution and laws of this state.","path":["OK Code","Title 66"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os66.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"899673744fb65c6e36c09049515025cacf9ebc9b151f6a1b8b7632bbaede472e","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-66-66-165","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-66-66-167"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
