Stat. tit. 66, § 66-170","heading":"Cancellation of charter rights","body":"\n\nAn attested copy of the writing, in which any corporation which\n\nbecomes a domestic corporation hereunder claims a domicile elsewhere\n\nthan in this state, shall be made out forthwith by the clerk of the\n\ncourt in which such writing is filed, and shall be mailed by such\n\nclerk to the Secretary of State.
