Stat. tit. 66, § 66-304.1","heading":"Action to determine constitutionality of Railroad","body":"Revitalization Act.\n\nThe Department is authorized, in its discretion, to file an\n\napplication with the Supreme Court of Oklahoma to determine the\n\nconstitutionality of the Railroad Revitalization Act, Sections 302.1\n\nthrough 309 of this title and the programs relating to funding or\n\nassistance to railroads contemplated thereby; and exclusive original\n\njurisdiction is hereby conferred upon the Supreme Court to hear and\n\ndetermine such application.
