Stat. tit. 66, § 66-309","heading":"Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasurer's office a\n\nrevolving fund for the Department, to be designated the Oklahoma\n\nRailroad Maintenance Revolving Fund. The fund shall be composed of\n\nall revenues generated by the provisions of Sections 2201 et seq. of\n\nTitle 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes, which are, beginning July 1,\n\n1978, henceforth levied for and dedicated to the implementation of\n\nthe provisions of this act together with any federal grants, or\n\nfinancial assistance payments or contributions by any state or\n\nagency thereof or any authority constituted by a state, private\n\ndonation or the proceeds from any rail property sale or payments for\n\nthe use of any rail property and any accumulated interest thereon.\n\nNo state funds except those appropriated for the purposes of this\n\nact shall be expended by the Department of Transportation in\n\nfurtherance of the provisions of this act.","path":["OK Code","Title 66"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os66.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"53852c26f8bd7be7f0a0d8d6271f35653c837e22f44a851ba7d858273865eec0","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-66-66-308","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-66-66-309.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
