Stat. tit. 66, § 66-323","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. \"Department\" means the Department of Transportation;\n\n2. \"Railroad rights-of-way\", \"trackage\" or \"projects\" shall\n\ninclude within their meaning, but shall not be limited to: any\n\nroadbed, drains, fences, ties, switches, rails, ballast, signs,\n\nsignals, lights, equipment, bridges, tools, crossings, underpasses,\n\noverpasses, construction and administration buildings and any and\n\nall other property, rights, easements and interests whether owned in\n\nfee or leased;\n\n3. \"Owner\" shall include all individuals, copartnerships,\n\nassociations, corporations, companies, transportation companies,\n\npublic service corporations, the United States or any agency or\n\ninstrumentality thereof, common carriers by rail and railroad\n\ncompanies having any title or interest in any real or personal\n\nproperty rights, easements and interest authorized to be acquired,\n\nleased or used by this act;\n\n4. \"Income\" and \"funds\" and \"revenue\" shall include such money\n\nas may be appropriated, dedicated, granted or donated to the\n\nDepartment to accomplish the purposes of this act together with any\n\nfunds otherwise dedicated to the Oklahoma Tourism and Passenger Rail\n\nRevolving Fund as created by Section 5 of this act;\n\n5. \"Intermodal transportation\" shall mean the linking of two or\n\nmore modes of transportation including highway, mass transit,\n\nrailroad, aviation or waterway transportation of all transportation-\n\nrelated industries in this state; and\n\n6. \"Passenger rail service\" shall mean interstate or intrastate\n\npassenger rail service, including but not limited to a route linking\n\nstations in Oklahoma and Tulsa Counties with other primary points in\n\nthe national railroad passenger system.","path":["OK Code","Title 66"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os66.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a928c781d0f6421d39c71487143e6d3b7b1d946ced7770989acadd97be6a2788","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-66-66-322","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-66-66-324"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
