Stat. tit. 66, § 66-325","heading":"Oklahoma Tourism and Passenger Rail Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasurer's office a\n\nrevolving fund for the Department of Transportation, to be\n\ndesignated the \"Oklahoma Tourism and Passenger Rail Revolving Fund\".\n\nThe fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall be composed of all revenues generated\n\npursuant to the federal Intercity Passenger Rail Trust Fund Act of\n\n1995, together with any federal grants, or financial assistance\n\npayments or contributions by any state or agency thereof or any\n\nauthority constituted by the state, private donation or the proceeds\n\nfrom any rail property sale or payments for the use of any rail\n\nproperty and any accumulated interest thereon, or any revenues\n\napportioned thereto pursuant to the provisions of subparagraph b of\n\nparagraph 3 of subsection A of Section 500.6 of Title 68 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.
