Stat. tit. 66, § 66-329","heading":"Membership and compensation","body":"MEMBERSHIP AND COMPENSATION\n\nThe manner of appointment of Commission members, terms of\n\noffice, provisions for removal and suspension, and manner of\n\nappointment to fill vacancies shall be determined by each party\n\nstate pursuant to its laws, but each member shall be a resident of\n\nthe state of appointment.
