Stat. tit. 66, § 66-331","heading":"Powers and duties of officers","body":"POWERS AND DUTIES OF OFFICERS\n\nThe chair of the Commission shall, if present, preside at\n\nmeetings of the Commission, serve as a principal spokesperson for\n\nthe Commission, and perform other duties assigned by the Commission.\n\nThe vice-chair shall perform the duties of the chair if the chair is\n\nabsent or unable to perform required duties.
