Stat. tit. 66, § 66-333","heading":"Finance and budgeting","body":"FINANCE\n\nThe Commission may accept, for any of its purposes and\n\nfunctions, donations, gifts, grants, and appropriations of money,\n\nequipment, supplies, materials, and services from the federal\n\ngovernment, from any party state or from any department, agency, or\n\nmunicipality thereof, or from any institution, person, firm, or\n\ncorporation. The Commission, out of the funds available to it,\n\nshall pay all expenses incurred by the Commission in executing the\n\nduties imposed upon it by this compact. The Commission shall not go\n\ninto debt.
