Stat. tit. 66, § 66-66","heading":"Railroad Division of Department of Transportation as","body":"trustee for purchaser.\n\nThe Railroad Division of the Department of Transportation is\n\nauthorized to act as trustee for the purchasers of real property\n\nunder the provisions of this act and, in such capacity, receive\n\nfunds for such purpose from prospective purchasers, disburse such\n\nfunds for such purpose, accept and make proper transfer of title and\n\nperform such further actions as are necessary to carry out the\n\npurposes of this act.
