Stat. tit. 67, § 67-1","heading":"Petition to restore record by certified copy","body":"Whenever the record of any judgment or decree, or other\n\nproceeding, of any court of this state, or any part of the record of\n\nany judicial proceeding or any other public records, shall have been\n\nlost or destroyed, any person interested therein may, on application\n\nby petition in writing, under oath, to the proper court of the\n\ncounty wherein the records were kept, on showing, to the\n\nsatisfaction of such court, that the same has been lost or destroyed\n\nwithout fault or neglect of the person making such application,\n\nobtain on order from such court, authorizing such defect to be\n\nsupplied by a duly certified copy of such original record, where the\n\nsame can be obtained; which certified copy shall, thereafter, have\n\nthe same effect as such original record would have had, in all\n\nrespects.","path":["OK Code","Title 67"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os67.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d2b1393653033ca61fa61586fd0adeeae7cbc96ab84f6a5160e1dbdd47b52d5b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-66-66-93","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-67-67-11"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
