Stat. tit. 67, § 67-13","heading":"Recording of certified copies of records of another county","body":"In any county of this state where the records have been burned\n\nor destroyed, as specified in the last section, and any map, plat,\n\ndeed, conveyance, contract, mortgage, deed of trust or other\n\ninstrument in writing affecting real estate in such county, has been\n\nrecorded in any other county of this state, certified copies of the\n\nsame, may be recorded in such county, where the records have been so\n\nburned or destroyed, and in recording the same the register of deeds\n\nshall record all certificates attached thereto: and if any of such\n\ncertificates show the previous recording of the same in the county\n\nwhere the records have been burned or destroyed, the date of filing\n\nfor record in such county appearing in said certificate so recorded\n\nshall be deemed and taken as the date of the record thereof.
