Stat. tit. 67, § 67-14","heading":"County record supplied by court records","body":"Whenever in any court of record in this state, or any other\n\nstate, or in any court of the United States, there are original or\n\ncertified copies of any deed, conveyance, contract, mortgage, deed\n\nof trust, or other instrument in writing affecting real estate in\n\nany county where the records have been so burned or destroyed,\n\ncopies thereof, certified by the clerk of such court, under his seal\n\nof office, may be made and recorded in such county, and in recording\n\nthe same the register of deeds shall record all the certificates\n\nattached thereto; and if any of such certificates show the previous\n\nrecording of the same in the county where the records have been so\n\nburned or destroyed, the date of filing for record in such county\n\nappearing in said certificate so recorded shall be deemed and taken\n\nas the date of the record thereof.
