Stat. tit. 67, § 67-207","heading":"Local records management","body":"The governing body of each county, city, town, village,\n\ntownship, district, authority or any public corporation or political\n\nentity whether organized and existing under charter or under general\n\nlaw shall promote the principles of efficient records management for\n\nlocal records.
