Notwithstanding any other law prohibiting the transfer or\n\ndisposal of state records, a state agency may transfer copies of\n\nstate records made or received by the agency pertaining to the April\n\n19, 1995, bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in\n\nOklahoma City, Oklahoma, to the Oklahoma City National Memorial\n\nFoundation, a not-for-profit corporation. Originals of state\n\nrecords may be transferred if not otherwise required to be\n\nmaintained by the state agency. All records deemed to be private or\n\nconfidential by law or are restricted law enforcement,\n\ncriminalistic, or investigative records may be transferred provided\n\nthe Foundation agrees to hold the records as restricted or\n\nconfidential records pursuant to an agreement made with the State\n\nRecords Administrator as provided for in subsection B of this\n\nsection.\n\nB. The State Records Administrator shall enter into an\n\nagreement with the Oklahoma City National Memorial Foundation on\n\nbehalf of the state for the transfer of state records to the\n\nFoundation.
