Stat. tit. 67, § 67-302","heading":"Instruments filed for record - Microfilming - Security","body":"copies - Sale of copies.\n\nThe county clerk and ex officio registrar of deeds may record\n\nthe instruments lawfully filed for record in his office by making\n\nand preserving microfilm thereof.\n\nWhenever a system of microfilming is established at least two\n\n(2) microfilms shall be made of each recorded instrument which shall\n\nbe kept separate, in order that they may not be subject to the same\n\nhazards.
