Stat. tit. 67, § 67-307","heading":"Commission - Power to require assistance","body":"\n\nThe Commission is hereby given the authority to request any\n\nstate officer or the head of any department, board, commission,\n\nagency or institution of the State of Oklahoma whose records and\n\narchives are being checked to furnish as many persons in the employ\n\nthereof, as in its discretion are necessary, to properly check and\n\nsurvey the records and archives of said state officer, department,\n\nboard, commission, agency or institution. And it shall be the duty\n\nof any state officer, or the head of any department, board,\n\ncommission, agency or institution to furnish the number of persons\n\nrequested by the said Commission.
