Stat. tit. 67, § 67-308","heading":"Record of destroyed, transferred or microfilmed records or","body":"archives - Report to Secretary of State.\n\nA record shall be kept of the records and archives which are\n\ndestroyed or transferred and it shall be in such form as prescribed\n\nby the Commission and shall disclose among other things the date and\n\ncontent of the records and archives destroyed, transferred, or\n\nmicrofilmed. One copy of said record shall be kept by the state\n\nofficer, department, board, commission, agency, or institution of\n\nthe State of Oklahoma whose records have been destroyed or\n\ntransferred. The original of such record shall be retained by the\n\nSecretary of the Commission.
