Stat. tit. 67, § 67-317","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this resolution unless the context otherwise\n\nrequires:\n\n1. Secretary of the Archives and Records Commission means and\n\nrefers to that office created under the terms of Section 204 of this\n\ntitle, and to the powers, privileges, and duties assigned that\n\noffice under such statutes.\n\n2. The Archives and Records Commission means and refers to that\n\nCommission created under the terms of Section 305 of this title, and\n\nto the powers, privileges, and duties assigned such Commission under\n\nsuch statutes.\n\n3. The phrase \"dead storage files\" refers to and includes all\n\nrooms, storehouses, warehouses, floor space, office space, files,\n\nfiling cabinets, vaults, and other places in which are stored, kept,\n\nmaintained, or otherwise held documents, papers, records, and\n\narchives not in actual use which belong to, or are in the custody\n\nof, any agency, authority, board, commission, department,\n\ninstitution, instrumentality, office, officer, official, or society\n\nof the State of Oklahoma. To be in actual usage such documents,\n\npapers, records, and archives must be in continual demand for\n\nimmediate reference purposes, for actual use in the day-to-day work\n\nrequired of any agency, authority, board, commission, department,\n\ninstitution, instrumentality, office, officer, official, or society\n\nof the State of Oklahoma in their principal offices or places of\n\nbusiness.
