Stat. tit. 67, § 67-43","heading":"Record and notice","body":"It shall be the duty of the clerk of the court in which said\n\npetition is filed, to enter, in a separate book to be kept for the\n\npurpose, the names of the petitioners and defendants, the date of\n\nfiling said petition, and a description of all the lands included\n\ntherein, which record shall be at all times open to the public. All\n\nlands in each separate town, addition, section or subdivision shall\n\nbe entered on the same page or consecutive pages, with an index to\n\nsaid book showing on what page any such separate town, addition,\n\nsection or subdivision may be found. Said clerk shall also, in all\n\ncases, cause publication of notice to be made of the filing of said\n\npetition, which notice shall be entitled \"Land Title Notice\", and\n\nshall be substantially as follows:\n\nA. B. C. D. etc. (here giving the names of all known defendants,\n\nif any), and to all whom it may concern:\n\nTake notice ______ that on the ____ day of _____, A. D., 19___,\n\na petition was filed by the undersigned in the _______ court of\n\n______ county, to establish his title to the following described\n\nlands (here insert a full description of the lands in said\n\npetition).
