Stat. tit. 67, § 67-48","heading":"Decree conclusive - Except when","body":"Said decree of court, when entered, shall be binding and\n\nconclusive: Provided, that any decree shall be subject to be opened,\n\nmodified, vacated or set aside on appeal sued within two (2) years\n\nafter the entry of such decree: Provided, further, that insane\n\npersons and minors shall have two (2) years after their disabilities\n\nare removed to prosecute a writ of error upon said decree: And\n\nprovided, further, that any decree entered upon any petition or\n\ncross petition, which does not make defendant, by name, all persons\n\nwho shall be in possession of such lands or part thereof, at the\n\ntime of the filing of such petition, or which does not make\n\ndefendant, by name, all persons to whom any such lands shall have\n\nbeen conveyed, and whose deeds of conveyance shall have been\n\nrecorded in the office of the register of deeds of such county since\n\nthe time of the destruction of the records, as aforesaid, and prior\n\nto the time of the filing of any such petition, shall be absolutely\n\nvoid as to such person omitted, but shall be final and conclusive as\n\nto all others: And provided, further, that all defendants who shall\n\nnot be actually served with a summons in the suit in which such\n\ndecree may be rendered, shall have allowed to them one (1) year\n\nafter the entry of such decree within which, upon petition to the\n\ncourt rendering the same, to have the said decree vacated and set\n\naside.","path":["OK Code","Title 67"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os67.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c1a9241022776e13c534515bd71fb450941c7683507c12175c3097ac294a98db","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-67-67-47","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-67-67-61"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
