Stat. tit. 67, § 67-63","heading":"Special commissioners - Fees","body":"The judges of courts having jurisdiction in such county shall\n\nhave power to appoint as many special commissioners from time to\n\ntime as they may deem necessary to carry out the provisions of this\n\narticle, to take evidence and report all such petitions as may be\n\nreferred to them.
