Stat. tit. 67, § 67-92","heading":"Contractor's bond - Term of contract","body":"The person, firm or corporation, to whom any contract may be\n\nawarded under the provisions of this act, shall before entering upon\n\nthe duties provided in said contract and prescribed by law, execute\n\nto the State of Oklahoma and file with the county clerk a bond in\n\nthe penal sum of not less than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00),\n\nnor more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), according as the\n\nboard of county commissioners shall determine, with one or more\n\nsufficient sureties, to be approved by the board of county\n\ncommissioners, which bond shall be conditioned for the faithful\n\nperformance of said contract and the duties to be performed by said\n\ncontractor as fixed by the laws of this state.
