For any period commencing on or after January, 1995, the\n\nannual salary of an officer of the Oklahoma Tax Commission shall be\n\nincreased by the percentage or amount provided for salary increases\n\nfor employees of the Oklahoma Tax Commission for each fiscal year\n\nbeginning with Fiscal Year 1995, if such employee salary increases\n\nare authorized by the Legislature.\n\nB. From and after the beginning date of a term of office which\n\ncommences in, or after January 1997, the annual salary, payable\n\nmonthly, of the officers of the Tax Commission shall be as follows:\n\nChairman $85,000.00\n\nVice-Chairman $84,500.00\n\nSecretary-Member $84,500.00\n\nC. Effective January 2005, from and after the beginning date of\n\na term of office which commences in or after January 2003, the\n\nannual salary, payable to the officers of the Tax Commission shall\n\nbe equal to that paid to a judge of the Workers’ Compensation Court.\n\nD.
