Stat. tit. 68, § 68-1354.10","heading":"Streamlined Sales Tax System Act - Sales tax pilot","body":"project.\n\nThe Oklahoma Tax Commission is authorized to participate in a\n\nsales tax pilot project with other states and selected businesses to\n\ntest means for simplifying sales and use tax administration and may\n\nenter into joint agreements for that purpose.\n\nAgreements to participate in the test shall establish provisions\n\nfor the administration, imposition and collection of sales and use\n\ntaxes resulting in revenues paid that are the same as would be paid\n\nunder existing law.\n\nParties to the agreements are excused from complying with the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Sales Tax Code or the Oklahoma Use Tax\n\nCode to the extent a different procedure is required by the\n\nagreements, except for confidentiality of taxpayer information as\n\ndetailed in Section 12 of this act.\n\nAgreements authorized under this section shall terminate no\n\nlater than December 31, 2001.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"1b9a8e818f7e05f3825751ca826b74adf85a39ffd315f42860a7f9eaf008daa6","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-1354","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-1354.11"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
