Stat. tit. 68, § 68-1354.22","heading":"Simplified Sales and Use Tax Administration Act -","body":"Persons benefitted by Agreement.\n\nA. The Agreement authorized by this act binds and inures only\n\nto the benefit of this state and the other member states. No\n\nperson, other than a member state, is an intended beneficiary of the\n\nAgreement. Any benefit to a person other than a state is\n\nestablished by the law of this state and the other member states and\n\nnot by the terms of the Agreement.\n\nB. Consistent with subsection A of this section, no person\n\nshall have any cause of action or defense under the Agreement or by\n\nvirtue of this state’s approval of the Agreement. No person may\n\nchallenge, in any action brought under any provision of law, any\n\naction or inaction by any department, agency, or other\n\ninstrumentality of this state, or any political subdivision of this\n\nstate on the ground that the action or inaction is inconsistent with\n\nthe Agreement.\n\nC.
