There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Tax Commission to be designated the “Oklahoma\n\nBroadband Rebate Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nall monies received by the Tax Commission which are specifically\n\nrequired by law to be deposited in the fund. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the Commission for the purpose of paying rebate\n\nclaims pursuant to Section 1357.21 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants\n\nissued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by\n\nlaw with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.\n\nB.
