Stat. tit. 68, § 68-1364.3","heading":"Hearings - Increased enforcement personnel","body":"In order to increase the collection of sales and use taxes, the\n\nOklahoma Tax Commission shall:\n\n1. Conduct hearings pursuant to Section 212 of this title\n\nrelated to permits issued under the provisions of Section 1364 of\n\nthis title in at least one (1) location in the state. The Tax\n\nCommission may also conduct hearings using either teleconferencing\n\nor videoconferencing capabilities; and\n\n2.
