Stat. tit. 68, § 68-1408","heading":"Revoking permits","body":"Whenever any retailer or vendor not maintaining a place of\n\nbusiness in this state, or both within and without this state, and\n\nauthorized to collect the tax herein levied, fails to comply with\n\nany of the provisions of this article or any order, rules or\n\nregulations of the Commission, prescribed and adopted under this\n\narticle, the Tax Commission may, upon notice and hearing as\n\nhereinafter provided, by order revoke the use tax permit, if any,\n\nissued to such retailer or vendor, and if any such retailer or\n\nvendor is a corporation authorized to do business in this state may,\n\nafter notice and hearing as herein provided, cancel said\n\ncorporation's license to do business in this state and shall issue a\n\nnew license only when such corporation has complied with the\n\nobligations under this article.
