Failure to obtain a permit under the provisions of this act\n\nshall be a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine in the amount of twice\n\nthe permit fee required and ineligibility to apply for a permit for\n\ntwo (2) years from date of adjudication of a violation of this act.\n\nB. Purchasing or selling a replay game shall be a felony.\n\nC. The provisions of this act shall not apply to retail sales\n\nto individuals for personal use.
