It shall be unlawful to sell, offer for sale, distribute,\n\npossess, ignite, or otherwise use aerial luminaries, commonly known\n\nas sky lanterns, Hawaii lanterns, Knogming Lanterns, Chinese\n\nlanterns, sky candles, fire balloons or flying luminaries.\n\nB.
