Stat. tit. 68, § 68-1630","heading":"Sale or possession of display fireworks - Interstate","body":"transportation.\n\nIt shall be unlawful for any person to sell display fireworks to\n\nany holder of a permit unless the seller possesses a valid\n\nmanufacturer's, distributor's or wholesaler's license under Section\n\n1621 et seq. of this title.\n\nNo person shall ship Display Fireworks into the State of\n\nOklahoma except under the rules and regulations of the Department of\n\nTransportation (DOT).
