Stat. tit. 68, § 68-1642","heading":"Storage of fireworks or pyrotechnic materials","body":"Any person or entity that stores fireworks or pyrotechnic\n\nmaterials, or both, that are defined as consumer fireworks 1.4G,\n\ndisplay fireworks 1.3G, Articles, Pyrotechnic 1.4G or 1.4S as\n\ndefined by the United States Department of Transportation (DOT) in\n\nTitle 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations, shall store them in\n\naccordance with current NFPA standards, including NFPA 1124, and any\n\napplicable federal, state, and local laws or ordinances.
