Stat. tit. 68, § 68-1704","heading":"Failure to give notice or execute bond","body":"Every contractor shall provide the information required in\n\nsubsection A of Section 1701.1 of this title and shall provide proof\n\nof the executed bond provided by Section 1703 of this title, if\n\nrequired, to the agency or entity administering the contract before\n\nactually commencing work or undertaking the performance of any\n\nservices.
