Stat. tit. 68, § 68-1705","heading":"Notice upon completion of work","body":"Every such contractor shall also give written notice to the Tax\n\nCommission, the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission, the State\n\nIndustrial Court, and the county assessor of each county in which\n\nsuch contract work or service has been performed, by certified mail,\n\nwith return receipt requested, immediately upon completion of the\n\nwork and services required by any such contract. The date of\n\nmailing such notice shall, for the purposes of this article, be\n\nconsidered the date of the completion of said contract.
