Stat. tit. 68, § 68-1707","heading":"Penalty","body":"Any contractor who, or which, fails to make and file a bond or\n\nto give the notices to the Oklahoma Tax Commission, the Employment\n\nSecurity Commission, the Workers' Compensation Court, and the county\n\nassessor of each county involved, as required by Sections 1701\n\nthrough 1706 of this title, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and\n\nupon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than\n\nOne Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than One Thousand Dollars\n\n($1,000.00).
