All contractors as defined in Section 1701 of this title\n\nsigning any contract to provide materials or labor on a public\n\nconstruction project in this state shall show proof of all\n\ndocumentation required pursuant to Section 1701.1 of this title.\n\nB. Any contractor who fails to provide proof as required in\n\nsubsection A of this section, or any contractor who performs work in\n\nthis state as a contractor without registration as required by\n\nSection 1701.1 of this title, shall be fined by the Oklahoma Tax\n\nCommission an amount not to exceed ten percent (10%) of the\n\ncontractor's total bid, which shall be in addition to any other\n\npenalties allowed by law.\n\nC.
