Stat. tit. 68, § 68-1802","heading":"Statements of gross receipts","body":"Within sixty (60) days after this act shall become effective,\n\neach Cooperative shall file with the Oklahoma Tax Commission, on\n\nforms prescribed thereby, a statement of its total gross receipts\n\nderived from the sale and distribution of electric energy during the\n\nperiod beginning January 1, 1943, and ending on the last day of the\n\ncalendar month next preceding the time for making such statement and\n\nshall pay the tax hereinafter levied thereon; and, on or before the\n\ntwentieth day of each month thereafter each cooperative shall so\n\nfile such statement of such gross receipts so derived during the\n\nnext preceding calendar month and pay the tax hereinafter levied\n\nthereon; each such statement shall contain such other and further\n\ninformation as the Oklahoma Tax Commission may require and shall be\n\nsworn to and verified by an officer of the cooperative.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"cfd699aaf573c5d2e0ec56eb3073edbd2fc4acb6f19d6bd3f67ee5f2750257bc","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-1801","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-1803"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
