Stat. tit. 68, § 68-204","heading":"Records of official acts of Commission - Fees","body":"The Tax Commission shall keep a record of all its official acts,\n\nand shall preserve copies of all rules, regulations, decisions and\n\norders made by it. Copies of any rule, regulation, decision or\n\norder made by it in the administration of this article or any state\n\ntax law may be authenticated under its official seal and, when so\n\nauthenticated, shall be evidence in all courts of this state of the\n\nsame weight and force as the original thereof. For authenticating\n\nany such copy the Tax Commission shall be paid a fee of One Dollar\n\n($1.00), said fee to be apportioned to the General Revenue Fund of\n\nthe state the same as are other fees.
