It is hereby declared to be the purpose of this article to\n\nprovide funds for general governmental functions of state\n\ngovernment.\n\nB. All revenue derived under this article shall be apportioned\n\nand distributed by Service Oklahoma as provided for in Section 1104\n\nof Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes, except as provided in\n\nsubsection A of Section 2103 of this title, and all revenue derived\n\nfrom transfers of legal ownership of all-terrain vehicles or\n\nmotorcycles used exclusively off roads and highways which occur on\n\nor after July 1, 2005, and transfers of utility vehicles used\n\nexclusively off roads and highways which occur on or after July 1,\n\n2008, shall be apportioned as provided for in Section 1353 of this\n\ntitle.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0e59dd56bab7b70ad72a231ce9be0662c69bd1ca0983f965994daf98b1951755","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-2101","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-2103"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
