Stat. tit. 68, § 68-211","heading":"Return of deposited money or securities to taxpayer","body":"When, to secure compliance with the provisions of this article\n\nor any other State tax law, money or securities have been deposited\n\nwith the Tax Commission, and the Tax Commission is satisfied that\n\nthe taxpayer has complied with all tax laws and has, through\n\nindependent payment or through authorization granted by the taxpayer\n\nto the Tax Commission to satisfy such tax indebtedness out of the\n\nmoney or securities deposited, paid all taxes due the State, then\n\nthe Tax Commission shall return to the owner all or such part of the\n\ndeposited money or securities as remains after the liquidation of\n\ntaxpayer's tax liability.\n\nIf such money or securities have by the Tax Commission been\n\ndeposited with the State Treasurer, then the Tax Commission shall,\n\nunder the circumstances above stated, notify the Treasurer that the\n\nmoney or securities, or such part as the Tax Commission shall\n\ndirect, should be returned to the owner.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9c04a426c9f6b56b49c19a18f5de3b800cc3d2a19b521db42d158f4afac772e3","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-2108","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-2110"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
