Stat. tit. 68, § 68-2368.3a","heading":"Oklahoma Silver Haired Legislature – Excellence in","body":"State Government Revolving Fund.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Department of Human Services, to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma Silver Haired Legislature – Excellence in State Government\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of any monies\n\ntransferred thereto by Section 2368.4 of this title.\n\nB. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and shall be budgeted and expended by the Department of\n\nHuman Services for the purposes specified by Section 2368.4 of this\n\ntitle; provided no monies in the fund shall be expended for salaries\n\nor other administrative costs, or any programs or services not\n\nauthorized by Section 2368.4 of this title.\n\nC.
