The Oklahoma Tax Commission shall include on each state\n\nindividual income tax return form for tax years beginning after\n\nDecember 31, 2019, and each state corporate tax return form for tax\n\nyears beginning after December 31, 2019, an opportunity for the\n\ntaxpayer to donate from a tax refund for the benefit of the Oklahoma\n\nSilver Haired Legislature and the Oklahoma Silver Haired Legislature\n\nAlumni Association activities.\n\nB. The monies generated from donations made pursuant to\n\nsubsection A of this section shall be used by the Department of\n\nHuman Services for the following purposes:\n\n1. a. To fund all reasonable expenses of:\n\n(1) Oklahoma Silver Haired Legislators,\n\n(2) Oklahoma Silver Haired Legislature training\n\nsessions,\n\n(3) Silver Haired Legislature interim studies, and\n\n(4) Silver Haired Legislature advocacy activities\n\napproved by the Oklahoma Silver Haired\n\nLegislature Alumni Association Executive Board,\n\nand\n\nb. Monies authorized by this paragraph may only be used\n\nfor expenses incurred by Silver Haired Legislators and\n\nalternates and other members of the Oklahoma Silver\n\nHaired Legislature Alumni Association as approved by\n\nthe Oklahoma Silver Haired Legislature Alumni\n\nAssociation Executive Board for reasonable expenses\n\nincurred in activities described in this section;\n\nprovided, no monies shall be expended for salaries;\n\nand\n\n2. Monies generated in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars\n\n($50,000.00) shall be used to fund those programs or services for\n\nsenior citizens which are recommended to the Department for funding\n\nby the Oklahoma Silver Haired Legislature Alumni Association.\n\nC.
