Stat. tit. 68, § 68-2385.15","heading":"Administration","body":"\n\nThe administration of the provisions of Sections 2385.1 through\n\n2385.19, inclusive, is vested in the Tax Commission. All forms\n\nnecessary and proper for the enforcement of such provisions shall be\n\nprescribed and furnished by the Tax Commission, and the Tax\n\nCommission may promulgate rules and regulations to enforce such\n\nprovisions, if not inconsistent with such provisions, as may be\n\nreasonably necessary to make practical the administration thereof,\n\nincluding the use of a bracket or tables closely approximating the\n\namount required to be withheld under the provisions of Section\n\n2385.2.
