Stat. tit. 68, § 68-2385.18","heading":"Procedures and remedies","body":"\n\nIn administering the withholding tax required by the foregoing\n\nprovisions, except when specific provisions require otherwise, the\n\nTax Commission shall follow other provisions of this Article,\n\ninsofar as the same can be followed and applied, and it is\n\nspecifically provided that in all other instances the procedures and\n\nremedies contained in Article 2 of this Code, in connection with the\n\nmaking of assessments and the enforcement and collection thereof,\n\nthe penalties and interest to be applied, all lien and tax warrant\n\nprovisions, all incidental remedies including proceedings for an\n\ninjunction, and any and all other provisions contained in Article 2\n\nwhich may be applied or used to enforce the provisions hereof, shall\n\nbe available and applicable to the same extent as if same were made\n\na part hereof.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"eb2f1d5c364b98af4b44c7793f6d1fc6e398672b65c7d720a81cffbd8d00bfce","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-2385.17","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-2385.19"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
