Stat. tit. 68, § 68-2385.20","heading":"Lists of persons filing tax returns","body":"Notwithstanding the provisions of a section of the Uniform Tax\n\nProcedure Act, as same now exists or as same may hereafter be\n\namended, making the records and files of the Oklahoma Tax Commission\n\nrelating to all state tax laws privileged and confidential, the\n\nOklahoma Tax Commission shall as soon as practicable in each year\n\ncause to be prepared and made available to the public inspection in\n\nthe offices of the Oklahoma Tax Commission in Oklahoma City,\n\nOklahoma, in such manner as it may determine, lists containing the\n\nname and post-office address of each person, whether individual,\n\ncorporate or otherwise, making and filing an income tax return with\n\nthe Oklahoma Tax Commission.\n\nIt is specifically provided that no liability whatsoever, civil\n\nor criminal, shall attach to any member of the Oklahoma Tax\n\nCommission or any employee thereof, for any error or omission of any\n\nname or address, in the preparation and publication of said list.\n\nIt is further provided that the provisions of this act shall be\n\nstrictly interpreted and shall not be construed as permitting the\n\ndisclosure of any other information contained in the records and\n\nfiles of the Tax Commission relating to income tax or to any other\n\ntaxes.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0c84193c83a29db533b01327d1668040c8e4f09f9ee27082ec8414b5598b56b1","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-2385.2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-2385.23"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
