The Executive Director of the Oklahoma Department of\n\nCommerce shall establish standards for preliminary approval and\n\nfinal approval of eligible companies and their projects by the\n\npromulgation of rules in accordance with the Administrative\n\nProcedures Act.\n\nB. The Executive Director may give preliminary approval by\n\ndesignating an eligible company as a preliminarily approved company\n\nand preliminarily authorizing the undertaking of the tourism\n\nattraction project.\n\nC. The Executive Director shall review the report prepared\n\npursuant to subsection C of Section 2394 of this title and other\n\ninformation that has been made available to the Executive Director\n\nin order to assist the Executive Director in determining whether the\n\ntourism attraction project will further the purposes of the Oklahoma\n\nTourism Development Act.\n\nD. The criteria for final approval of eligible companies and\n\ntourism attraction projects shall include, but shall not be limited\n\nto, the criteria set forth in subsection C of Section 2394 of this\n\ntitle.\n\nE. After a review of the relevant materials, the consultant’s\n\nreport, other information made available to the Executive Director,\n\nand completion of other inquiries, the Executive Director may give\n\nfinal approval to the eligible company’s application for a tourism\n\nattraction project and may grant to the eligible company the status\n\nof an approved company.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"bd818e6b3bd4d552854e8597078f4313536ecd5453733f0678a8710a54b52e38","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-2394","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-2396"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
