Stat. tit. 68, § 68-261","heading":"Data processing services - Bonds - Contracts","body":"The Oklahoma Tax Commission may expend funds for data processing\n\nservices necessary to microfilm, record, or otherwise preserve\n\ninformation in the files and records of the Commission. Any\n\nnongovernmental entity contracting to provide data processing\n\nservices for the Commission shall provide a surety bond in an amount\n\nset by the Commission of not less than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars\n\n($25,000.00). The Commission may enter into such contracts when it\n\ndeems the contracts to be necessary for the performance of the\n\nduties imposed upon the Commission by law.
